Which are owned and operated by Trondent Development Corp. (“Trondent”, “we” or “us”). This privacy policy covers both HR and non-HR data and describes how Trondent Development Corp. collects, uses, and discloses the personal information you provide on our web sites and platforms/services. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Trondent.
Trondent participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Program (DPF). Trondent complies with the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union (“EU”) and the United Kingdom in reliance on DPF. Trondent has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the DPF Principles with respect to such information. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern. Trondent is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the DPF, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Trondent complies with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal information received or transferred pursuant to the DPF, Trondent is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Trondent may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Information Collection and Use
Trondent only collects personal information when authorized by our clients or that relates to Trondent’s own employees, agents, and representatives. Where we are directed to transfer personal data to a third party by our client, Trondent follows the data masking and confidentiality provisions agreed to by the client and the third party.
The personal information Trondent collects may include and is not limited to, a user’s full name, date of birth, gender, emergency contact information, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs, seat selection, email address, home address, credit card numbers, home and work telephone numbers and other relevant personal information that is needed and authorizer by our clients to enhance the users travel reservation experience.
We also collect information about your business, such as company name and size; travel preferences; travel itineraries, including air, hotel, and car arrangements; payment information, such as credit card information; loyalty memberships; travel information, such as passport and visa details; and unique identifiers, such as usernames and passwords.
We use this information to:
- Send you requested product or service information
- Fulfill your order, administer your account, or respond to customer service requests
- Send you a newsletter
- Send you marketing communications
- Respond to your questions and concerns
- Improve our website and platform/services
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain personal information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click-stream data.
We use this information, which does not directly identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Sharing
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. Trondent will not transfer personal information to third parties other than directed or contracted by its client agreements. Trondent will not sell, rent or lease any of its data subject’s personal information.
We may transfer your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities, such as offering customer service. Where required by the DPF, we enter into written agreements with those third-party agents and service providers requiring them to provide the same level of protection the DPF requires and limiting their use of the data to the specified services provided on our behalf. We take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that third-party agents and service providers process your personal information in accordance with our DPF obligations and to stop and remediate any unauthorized processing. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Trondent shall remain liable under the Principles if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Trondent proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your EU personal information in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Access

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove by emailing our Customer Support at PrivacyManager@Trondent.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Enforcement and Dispute Resolution
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, Trondent commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. Trondent will cooperate with the EU Data Protection Authorities and the Department of Commerce to resolve any complaints and disputes arising in connection with its privacy policy. Trondent will investigate any reported complaints of violations of its privacy policy and will take action where violations are found. All Trondent employees will be required to be familiar with and adhere to this privacy policy.

Where applicable to the employment relationship, Trondent agrees to cooperate and comply with the EEA data protection authorities (DPAs) regarding the unresolved complaints of employees of European-affiliated companies who are located in the EU. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the DPF website, https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov, you may have the option to select binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.

Information Obtained from Clients
Information provided to us on our web site is used for providing sales and/or technical assistance. This information is stored as contact information per client agreement or in the case of sales, used as means to provide sales information.
Trondent collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
Trondent has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Trondent’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Trondent will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
Trondent is committed to securing personal information through reasonable and appropriate security measures. We have deployed appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure this information. These measure include but are not limited to SSL, firewalls, intrusion detection and other automated security software. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the personal information that we collect and process.
Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation
