Introducing Authorizer Reporting

BARRINGTON, IL – November 20, 2013 – Trondent Development Corp., a provider of web and mobile applications to the corporate travel industry, announces a major enhancement to its Authorizer product, an automated pre-trip approval system aimed at improving data capture and cost control for travel management companies and corporations. Now, corporate travel customers can take advantage of enhanced pre-trip data for better cost control with Authorizer Reporting.  Authorizer Reporting is a value-added feature that includes a full suite of reports to identify travel trends, workflow patterns and decision support tools.

“Corporate travel demands better business intelligence,” says Jan Lofgren, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  “By introducing Authorizer Reporting, we are creating more intelligent reporting tools to effectively manage travel costs.”

Improved, Business Intelligence

Trondent now offers six standard reports including the Decision Process Report, which displays the approver and booking method used for each reservation, the Trip Duration Report, designed to monitor total trip time to improve traveler productivity and the Policy Compliance Report, which reveals trends on common out-of-policy approvals.

Authorizer Reporting System is fully customizable in order to pinpoint priority data.   Reports can be exported in a variety of formats including PDF, Excel and CSV files.

“Time is precious – especially when managing travel expenditures,” adds Lofgren.  “Trondent’s Authorizer Reporting tool is our commitment to offering more relevant information to help corporate travel customers be as productive and cost-efficient as possible.”
